• No Responsibility for Actions: Servipick is not responsible for the conduct, actions, omissions, or negligence of any tradesperson or client using the platform.
• No Liability for Damages: Servipick is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, financial loss, or other harm resulting from services provided by tradespeople.
• Direct Relationship: Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from work performed must be resolved directly between the client and the tradesperson.
• Verification Limitations: While we may verify certain credentials, Servipick does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or validity of any tradesperson information, licenses, or qualifications.

5. General Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Platform Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
• Content Accuracy: User-generated content, including reviews and profiles, may not be accurate or reliable.
• Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servipick's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Servipick in the 12 months preceding the claim.
